The orange/gold scarf is no more ....

Been working on some socks for my son in law. These are opal croc which is a dream to knit with.
And ummmmmm sorry to say I just couldn't get into the opal scarf. I kept waiting for the yarn to "tell me" what it wanted to be. Finally it spoke up yesterday and decided to be mitts and maybe a hat.
Opal prism in purple for D1 for Christmas.
W and N were over the other day watching a DVD when a song came on so they decided to dance. Don't you love it when it's suddenly dancing time? We adults should have more dancing time to break up our day.

OOO socks. I've been making chunky sock out of malabrigo lately for christmas presents.

I am finishing up a whole bunch of socks that have been neglected for quite some time. It feels good to get them finished. Your grandsons are adorable and I agree with you about the spontaneous dance.

I haven't met a skein of Opal I didn't love yet.

I made my son my opal prism socks and bought more because I loved them so much. I also have croc (the dark and orange ones) for him. The woman at the yarn store said they knit up to look like lightning bolts.

Next ... can we see pictures of YOU doing the hokey pokey??? Put your right sock in ..
